Terms and Conditions for HCI Hospitality

Welcome to HCI Hospitality (A unit of Swheta Leisure OPC Pvt Ltd). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking any services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HCI Hospitality website, services, and products, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

HCI Hospitality offers a variety of travel services, including but not limited to:

  • Holiday Vacation Ownership Programs

  • Tour Packages
  • Visa Assistance
  • Travel Insurance
  • Holiday Packages for Domestic and International Travel

By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Terms and Conditions specific to the service you are utilizing.


4. Membership Agreement

In order to access and use certain services such as the Holiday Vacation Ownership Program, you will need to enter into a Membership Agreement. The terms of this agreement will outline your rights and obligations as a member, including payment terms, cancellation policy, and the use of holiday packages.


5. Payments

All payments for services offered by HCI Hospitality are to be made in accordance with the applicable pricing schedule at the time of booking. Prices and fees may change without notice. All payments for booking services or packages must be made in full unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

  • Payment Methods: Payments may be made by credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Refunds: Any refunds will be processed as per the cancellation and refund policies specified in your booking agreement.

6. Booking Process

When booking a service, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including personal details, travel preferences, and payment information. All bookings are subject to availability, and HCI Hospitality cannot guarantee availability until a booking confirmation is issued.

  • Booking Confirmation: After successful processing of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation will include details such as booking reference, payment details, and the dates of your booking.
  • Cancellation of Booking: Cancellations must be made in writing to info@hcihospitality.in. Cancellation policies will vary depending on the type of booking, and cancellation fees may apply.

7. Member Responsibilities

As a member or customer, you agree to the following:

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration and booking process. Any misleading or false information could result in the cancellation of your booking or membership.
  • Timely Payments: You are responsible for ensuring that all fees, including membership fees, annual maintenance charges, and other charges, are paid promptly as per the agreed terms.
  • Adherence to Rules: You agree to adhere to all the rules and guidelines set forth by HCI Hospitality, including the terms of the Membership Agreement and the usage policies for booking holidays and services.

8. Non-Transferability

Membership and bookings with HCI Hospitality are non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your membership or booking to any other person or party without prior written consent from HCI Hospitality.


9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Membership: Refunds for holiday vacation ownership memberships are only allowed as per the terms of the Membership Agreement. In general, refunds will be processed after the expiration of a two-year lock-in period and are subject to administrative charges.
  • Booking Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a booking, the cancellation policy and associated fees will depend on the service you booked. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

HCI Hospitality is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or omissions in the content on our website
  • Any interruption of service
  • Delays or failures in booking services or reservations
  • Loss or damage to personal property during travel or while utilizing HCI Hospitality services

11. Force Majeure

HCI Hospitality will not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
  • Government restrictions or changes in law

12. Privacy

By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.


14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the matter will be first addressed through mutual discussions. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration will be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
